Useful Tips

Before you start this program, please make sure you have done the following:

  • Connected to a reliable and strong internet connection. Dropped calls may be indicative of a weak connection or slow speeds.
  • Close any other programs that may be using bandwidth.
  • Make sure you are using one of the compatible browsers (e.g., Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge). Please do not use Internet Explorer.
  • Make sure all microphones, speakers or headsets are plugged in and not muted.
  • If you want to turn on your webcam, then check that your webcam is working properly.
  • If you’re prompted for permission to access microphone and camera while on the platform, you may ignore or choose ‘Allow’. If you ignore the prompt, you may not be able to participate fully in a session.
